Backoffice Executive - Accounts

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform and maintain records of journal and account entries by compiling and analysing accounting activities.
• Process accounts payable invoices, primarily purchase and sales invoices, in Tally accounting software.
• Handling of all Backoffice work primarily for accounts department i.e., accounts record keeping, and digitization of records.
• Maintain accurate records in Excel and prepare monthly MIS reports.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in back office operations with a focus on accounts payable/receivable.
• B.Com degree or equivalent qualification; MBA/CA Inter/ICWAI preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in using Tally ERP software; knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel).
• Strong understanding of Indian taxation laws including GST & TDS regulations.
