Key Responsibilities: Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests, including blood, urine, and tissue samples. Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring calibration and cleanliness. Analyze results and prepare reports for review by physicians and other healthcare providers. Ensure all laboratory processes adhere to safety and regulatory standards. Maintain accurate records of tests and results. Work with other laboratory staff to improve workflow and efficiency. Participate in quality control and assurance programs to maintain laboratory standards.
