Showroom Manager

• Oversee daily showroom operations, ensuring smooth functioning.
• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalated customer issues.
• Maintain showroom inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely stock replenishment.
• Monitor financial performance, including sales reports, expenses, and profitability.
• Train and mentor staff to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and brand guidelines.Role & responsibilities
