Roles and Responsibilities ::

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Crane Rental Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating enquiries for crane rentals for construction projects, understanding clients exact applications, submitting quotations, negotiating contracts, and securing orders at profitable prices. Additionally, the role involves conducting market research and intelligence for future business development and managing tender submissions and negotiations.

• Manage rental/hiring business of cranes through EPC and construction industry.

• Develop new business opportunities through B2B sales strategies.
  
• Build relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
  
• Identify market trends and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.
  

Desired Candidate Profile ::

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a similar role.
  
• Diploma or BE (Any Specialization) degree required; MBA preferred.
  
• 10-15 years of experience in industrial equipment/machinery sales or related field.
