Information Security Officer

Job Overview:
RAS Infotech Limited is seeking an experienced Information Security Officer to design and enforce security policies and procedures while working with various frameworks such as ISO 27001, ADHICS, and SAMA.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, in-depth knowledge of IT security practices, and the ability to implement measures to mitigate security threats. Additionally, the candidate should have excellent communication skills to effectively train and educate staff on information security topics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement SOC processes.
• Design and execute comprehensive plans to secure computing networks.
• Monitor network activity to ensure compliance with security policies.
• Stay updated on IT security standards, best practices, and emerging threats.
• Collaborate with management and IT teams to enhance security measures.
• Document security breaches, analyze their impact, and propose solutions.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Engineering.
• Certifications: Professional certifications such as CISSP or CISA.
• Experience: Proven experience in an information security role.
• Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of information security frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Capability to educate non-technical audiences on security measures.
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication.
