Site Execution Engineer

We need an experienced (7+ years) Electrical Engineer to plan and execute underground cable laying projects efficiently. The role focuses on strategic execution, resource management, and on-site supervision to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality & safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning & Execution: Develop and implement a detailed execution plan for cable laying, substation equipment installation, and DSS projects.
• On-Site Supervision: Monitor quality, safety, and workflow while coordinating with teams to prevent delays.
• Substation & Equipment Installation: Oversee transformers, switchgear, and panel installations in substations.
• Material & Resource Management: Ensure timely availability of materials, tools, and manpower.
• Testing & Commissioning: Oversee IR, Hi-Pot, and continuity testing to ensure fault-free installation.
• Coordination & Reporting: Liaise with clients, consultants, and project managers, and maintain site records.

Required Skills:

• Expertise in cable laying, jointing, and substation installation
• Citywide DSS project execution experience
• Ability to plan, troubleshoot, and manage site teams
• Familiarity with safety & quality standards
• Strong coordination & problem-solving skills
