Senior Architect / Architect

Required Candidate profile

Candidates should have experience of working on largescale projects; preparing working drawings, site layout, plans, elevations, sections, and details in the Residential and Commercial Sector

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare design concepts, architectural drawings, and working drawings for residential & commercial projects.
• Manage project design from conceptualization to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and project execution.
• Coordinating work between various consultants and contractors to create a construction schedule
• Will be responsible to oversee the design and execution of the project including master plan and conceptual design.
• Provide technical guidance on architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations.
• Assists with coordinating bid process.
• Reviews shop drawings, specifications, cost estimates and construction material recommendations submitted by outside architects and contractors to ensure adherence to contract and notifies Architect of discrepancies.
• Reviews work of contractor, verifying specified materials are being used, dimensions are as drawn and quality is according to contract document
