Key Responsibilities:

• Create and publish web pages and content using AEM.
• Optimize content for SEO and accessibility.
• Perform quality checks to ensure error-free content.
• Screen resumes to shortlist qualified candidates and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure seamless recruitment processes.
• Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from candidate sourcing to final onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies for talent acquisition.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

Key Skills:

• Recruitment expertise in manufacturing and engineering domains.
• Proficiency in using job portals and social media platforms for sourcing.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience: 6 to 10 years in manufacturing and engineering recruitment.
• Language Proficiency: English, Marathi, and Hindi.
