Own the digital marketing & e-commerce P&L
Accountable for the end-to-end customer experience and for driving growth within traffic, conversion, revenue and profit
Oversee all aspects of product and performance marketing across the online platform, including awareness, consideration, acquisition and retention
Leverage your extensive experience of developing data-driven media strategies and tactics to drive positive ROI across the e-commerce platform
Monitor site and channel performances and drive continuous ways to further improve and optimise
Build and own best-in-class, performance-optimised acquisition strategy and own the day-to-day execution and optimisation of campaigns on all key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Google Adwords etc.)
Accountable for delivering insights, analysis, and recommendations across the E-Commerce functions, taking the ownership of the funnel analysis, performing weekly and monthly reports to track company performances and drive growth;
Work effectively with third party partners and agencies
Lead the team inMONTHLY planning, keeping track of the budget, and reporting on marketing initiatives performance, with a focus on ROI & revenue growth
Play a leading role in strategising, creating and managing a plan to achieve sustainable, profitable growth.
