How you should be?

Radixweb is looking for a Project Lead (.Net) who will assist in team development while holding the teams accountablefor their commitments.

What you will do?

• Be actively involved in collectingand assessing client requirements.
• Develop project plans, assign tasks,and monitor development process.
• Active involvement in Code
• Review process for maintaining the quality of deliverable.
• Achieve timely delivery of projects.
• Maintainthe technical skill levels of the team and upgrade them through propermentoring.

What we are looking for?

• Has extensively worked on managing Software development projects in .NET
• Has extensively worked on resourcemanagement Supports resource skills management, supports hiring etc.
• Has strong exposure on projectmanagement principles
• Should be able to manage technicaldocumentation
• Ability to influence team, clientsand other key stakeholders
• Strong people management skills
• Should have excellent communicationskills
• Should have excellent collaborationskills
