Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy Vision: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Align product goals with business objectives and market needs.
- Cross-Functional Leadership : Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to drive the product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Product Development: Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and define clear, actionable requirements for development teams. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze product performance metrics. Use data-driven insights to make iterative improvements and optimize product offerings.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including executives, to provide updates on product progress and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- User Experience: Advocate and architect for the user experience by working closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, user-friendly products. Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of professional experience in product management, with a proven track record of successful product launches.

- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Notion, Jira).
- Experience with data analysis and A/B testing tools.
- Knowledge of machine learning or AI technologies.

- Certification: PMP, PRINCE2 or Equivalent

- Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
