Job Purpose: Responsible for managing working in relation to Company Secretary and others

Job Description:

• Ensure regulatory compliance - Companies Act, FEMA, NBFC and others.
• Assist in convening board/general meetings.
• Necessary filings with the MCA/RBI/SEBI for the parent and group companies.
• Formation and restructuring of parent and group companies
• Monitor changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and take appropriate action.
• Assist in managing the IPR related work for company.
• Review of various agreements (like lender, banker, employee, founders, vendors, and other partners)
• Co-ordination with multiple stake holders in relation to multiple task and assignment
• Keep up to date with recent regulatory changes and send out appropriate alerts and analysis to reflect the impact of the regulatory change on the business.

Job Requirements:

• Incumbent should be a qualified Company Secretary with 1 to 4 years of minimum experience
• Should have knowledge of Compliance of RBI, FEMA, MCA, SEBI and others
• Should have sound understanding of Companies Act
• Should have strongly proficient in MS Office
