Office Assistant

• Assist the Core team
• Organize the meetings, email communication, follow up of meetings, emails, travel arrangements for the core team
• Coordinate project activities with various stakeholders and client
• Follow up for the meetings, training programs
• Do resource mobilization for meetings, training programs, etc.
• Follow up with volunteers, clients, stakeholders
• Keeping records of every activity
• Social media promotion of activities
• Data entry, email communication, record keeping.

Who Can Apply?

• Graduate in any stream like HR or relevant sector.
• 1-2 years of experience of working office assistance with stakeholders, clients, data entry, record keeping, email communication
• Familiarity with office application and social media platforms
