- Ensure effective implementation of all tasks in a time-bound manner
- Adhere to donor reporting requirements
- Represent the organization at conferences, seminars, and other public platforms if required
- Ensure all program initiatives align with the organizations core values and culture
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including administrative, current, and potential donors/partners
