An International CBSE School in Hyderabad is looking for a Principal with excellent communication skills, organizational abilities and leadership qualities who is responsible to foster a healthy learning environment for the students. .

Salary: 2 Lakh/month

Experience: minimum 15yrs

Location: Bandlaguda Jagir, Hyderabad

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide visionary leadership for the school, ensuring adherence to CBSE guidelines, curriculum implementation, and fostering a conducive learning environment.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including staff supervision, resource allocation, and facilities management, to ensure the smooth functioning of the school.
• Collaborate with teachers to develop and enhance the curriculum, ensuring alignment with CBSE standards, and promoting innovative teaching methodologies.
• Focus on student well-being, discipline, and academic progress. Implement strategies to enhance student engagement, motivation, and overall development.
• Foster positive relationships with parents, the local community, and relevant stakeholders. Communicate effectively and address concerns to build a supportive school community.
• Facilitate ongoing professional development for teachers and staff, keeping them updated on educational trends, pedagogy, and CBSE regulations.
• Ensure compliance with CBSE guidelines, maintain accurate records, and submit required reports to educational authorities as needed.
• Manage the school's budget, allocate resources efficiently, and make strategic financial decisions in line with the school's educational goals.
• Develop and implement long-term goals and strategic plans for the school, aligning them with CBSE objectives and ensuring continuous improvement.
• Oversee the assessment and evaluation processes, ensuring fair and consistent practices in line with CBSE examination guidelines.
• Uphold high ethical standards, promote a positive school culture, and act as a role model for students and staff.
• Address emergencies and crisis situations effectively, ensuring the safety and well-being of students, staff, and the school community.
• Maintain effective communication with CBSE officials, attending relevant meetings, and staying informed about updates, policies, and changes in CBSE regulations.
• Good at Telugu , Hindi & English
