Greetings from RAD Resources. A reputed Pre Primary and Primary School is seeking for a highly experienced and dynamic Head Mistress to lead the Nursery, LKG, and UKG sections of the school.

Salary: 35,000/month

Timings: 8:30 AM to 3:30PM

Experience: 8+yrs in early childhood education

Location: Manikonda, Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

Academic Leadership & Curriculum Development

• Oversee the academic and operational functioning of the Pre-Primary section.
• Guide teachers on innovative and experiential teaching methods.

Teacher Management & Professional Development

• Supervise, mentor, and train Nursery, LKG, and UKG teachers.
• Organize workshops, training programs, and professional development sessions for staff.

Student Welfare & School Environment

• Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing school environment.
• Monitor student progress and overall well-being.

Parental Communication & Community Engagement

• Conduct parent-teacher meetings and counseling sessions when needed.
• Organize school events, open houses, and extracurricular activities.

Administrative & Operational Responsibilities

• Manage teacher schedules, class timetables, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with school policies, safety regulations, and educational standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• B.Ed. / M.Ed. / Montessori Training / PG in Early Childhood Education (Mandatory)
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Telugu
• Strong Administration and leadership skills.
