Senior Sales Executive

Greetings from RAD Resources. A Luxury Interiors Boutique in Gachibowli, Hyderabad is seeking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join their team and drive sales for office interiors and furniture solutions.

Salary: 40,000/- to 45000/-

Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate offices/I.T/Pharma, coworking spaces, educational institutions, hospitals, hospitality and commercial projects.
• Generate leads, schedule meetings, and present customized office interior solutions to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, facility managers, PMC's and corporate decision-makers.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.

Client Relationship Management:

• Provide expert consultation to clients, understanding their workspace needs and recommending suitable interior & furniture solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, procurement, and operations/logistics) to ensure smooth project execution.
• Address client queries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally.

Sales Reporting & Target Achievement:

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and revenue projections using the company's customized software
• Regularly update management on sales progress, market challenges, and potential strategies.
• Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3-7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the office furniture, interior design, or workspace solutions industry.
• Strong network and connections with corporate clients, architects, and interior designers.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and project discussions.
