Role & responsibilities

• Develop and manage the plant budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively.
• Plan and coordinate manufacturing operations for production, machinery, RM processing, and dispatch departments.
• Manage cost structures for manufacturing by keeping operational expenses within budget allowance, and cost-reduction measures.
• Safety, 5's, TPM, TQM, WCM Implementations & Ensure Quality, Safety guidelines are followed.
• To ensure that budgeted volume of production is achieved.
• To ensure the quality of the product and the plant(Customer complaints / Site complaints)
• To plan the required amount of raw materials for the production and Long / short term planning for labor, maximization of machine capacity.
• Inventories to be maintained as per the budget and To ensure no WIP stock out at any time.
• MCP with total production team and Minimize reworking, rejects and wastages.

Requirements

• Minimum of 11+ Years experience in Production / Manufacturing Industries is a must
• Familiarity/Experience with Sheet metal industry standard equipment and Powder Coating technical expertise is a must
• Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning)
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills.
