- 15+ years of expert in building construction activities residential and commercial

Responsibilities:

- Oversee construction projects totaling 5 lakh square feet + across three Nagpur locations

- teams of engineers and supervisors at each site will be provided

- Manage labor contractors, schedule, and ensure adherence to quality standards

- Plan materials and resources efficiently

- Provide daily progress reports and secure necessary approvals

- Address engineer queries and coordinate with consultants and architects

- Billing and planning team are already in-house shall be able to delegate work to them

- Regular site visits, with personal monitoring of major slab casting
