Digital Marketing Head

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development & Execution

• Design and implement cutting-edge digital marketing strategies for clients, focusing on achieving measurable outcomes in social media engagement, SEO performance, and paid campaign ROI.
• Align digital strategies with client objectives, ensuring brand growth, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
• Continuously analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

2. Campaign Management

• Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns across social media, search engines, and paid media platforms.
• Ensure all campaigns meet KPIs, such as increased traffic, engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates.
• Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Expertise in social media, SEO, and paid campaign management.
• Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

6. Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5 + years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on results.
• Agency experience and certifications are a plus.

5 + years in digital marketing, with a focus on expertise in social media, SEO, and paid campaigns
