Job Title: Technical Lead

As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining and scaling various components of a product. You will be part of the core decision making team to decide on the technologies, development environment and other components to be used. A research-oriented technology person that can take delivery responsibility to build and release a Multi-platform product involving Web 2.0/Mobile technologies (Angular; IONIC; Node.JS).

You will be required to do the following:

• Lead platform selection and technical design to design an agile, scalable and cost-effective architecture for the platform.
• Working on MEAN stack.
• Working on Mobile (IONIC) frameworks and components.
• Be responsible for hands-on coding of major modules.
• Be responsible for delivery schedules, code reviews and maintaining quality of code.
• Generate required documentation to track the program.
• Help resolve issues and unblock team members.
• Plan and deliver features in good quality in time.

Experience/Qualification

• Bachelors degree in CSE / IT / ECE or M.C.A.
• 8+ years of experience in software development

Skills

• 8+ years of experience with at least 5 years in developing software applications.
• Good academic background and product experience
• 5-7 years of development experience with Application development focusing on end-to-end development
• Good working knowledge of Javascript framework and components. Angular/Node.JS, IONIC, HTML5, CSS JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX,
• Good knowledge of working with Custom frameworks. Experience with pluggable Architecture and with Web containers.
• Good understanding of agile methodologies, iterative development, scrum etc.
• Good communication skills, attitude, and aptitude
• Prior start-up experience is a big plus
