Bodyshop Advisor

Job Role:

We are looking for an experienced Body Shop Advisor to join our Epic Toyota dealership. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of vehicle body repair processes, customer interaction, service coordination and insurance claim process to ensure smooth workflow in the body shop.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction & Service Coordination:

• Greet and assist customers in understanding their vehicle repair needs.
• Explain body shop processes, repair timelines, and cost estimates to customers.
• Maintain clear communication between customers, insurance companies, and workshop teams.

Repair Estimation & Documentation:

• Inspect vehicles and prepare detailed damage reports.
• Provide accurate cost estimates for body repairs and painting work.
• Document work orders, parts requirements, and labor hours efficiently.

Workshop Coordination & Follow-Up:

• Work closely with technicians, painters, and parts officers to ensure timely repairs.
• Monitor job progress and update customers on vehicle status.
• Ensure vehicles are properly inspected before delivery.

Customer Satisfaction & Quality Control:

• Conduct final vehicle checks to ensure work meets Epic Toyota quality standards.
• Address customer concerns and ensure service satisfaction.
• Follow up with customers after service for feedback and relationship building.

Safety & Compliance:

• Follow Epic Toyotas safety guidelines and industry best practices.
• Ensure compliance with insurance and warranty policies.
• Participate in training programs to stay updated on Epic Toyotas latest body repair techniques.

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a body shop or customer service role.
• Knowledge of body repair processes, parts, and insurance claims.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and coordinate with different departments.
• Proficiency in using workshop management software is an advantage.
