Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming calls, making outbound calls, and assisting patients with their inquiries regarding dermatological services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to clients inquiries regarding services, appointments, and treatments.
• Make outbound calls to follow up with patients and schedule appointments.
• Provide accurate information about dermatology procedures and services.
• Maintain records and update the database with appointment details and follow-ups.
• Assist in managing clients communication and ensuring a positive experience.
• Collaborate with the staff to relay important clients information and feedback.
• Handle any complaints or issues professionally and escalate as necessary.

Any Graduate candidate can apply.

Preferred candidate profile

• Previous experience in a telecalling or customer service role preferable.
• Hindi and English language mandatory.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
