UI/UX Designer - User-Centered Design (4-8 yrs)

Job Overview :

We are seeking a creative UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, engaging, and user-focused designs for our mobile applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to understand requirements and deliver user-focused design solutions.

- Create sketches, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for mobile apps that align with business objectives and user needs.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback.

- Stay updated with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies.

- Ensure design consistency and maintain brand guidelines across all products.

- Solve complex design problems with creativity and a user-first mindset.

Requirements :

- A minimum of 4 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in product- based companies.

- Proven experience in designing mobile applications with a portfolio showcasing user-centric and impactful designs.

- Strong knowledge of design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

- Experience working with startups is a significant advantage.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design ideas and solutions.

- A strong understanding of user-centred design principles and the ability to conduct user research and usability testing.
