Practice Head-QA

Your Role and Impact

QA Practice head manages E2E delivery of Testing projects (single or multiple) and is responsible for Test strategy, planning, estimation, testing deliverables, customer communication, Status reporting, internal stakeholder management and Team management, RFP, Proposal Writing etc. He/She is also responsible for driving transformation solutions to new/existing customers and be involved in pre-sales activities. The role should ensure adherence to Org processes such as Timesheets, Knowledge Management, Invoicing, and PMS Etc. He/She needs to drive innovation (ideas, automation, tools, accelerators etc.) & optimization initiatives within the testing team. Responsible for defining Test automation Strategy.

Roles and Responsibilities

Should have 18+ years of hands on experience in all aspects of Software Testing

Managing E2E delivery of Testing projects (single or multiple) and is responsible for Test strategy, planning, estimation, testing deliverables, customer communication, Status reporting, internal stakeholder management and Team management

Should have good Technical knowledge in multiple Automation Tools, Languages, and Frameworks.

Hands on experience in pre-sales, Proposal Writing, presenting the solutions to the clients.

Proficient in RFP, RFI, TDM, CT, DevSecOps, Automation Testing, Project Management.

Responsible for complete Testing CoE

Hands on Pre-sales experience on automation / process automation tools.

Should have knowledge about Gen AI, Copilot etc.

Should have excellent knowledge in Automation Testing along with Tools & Technologies.

Should have good command on any of the programming langugae along with Framework deveopment & designing.

He/She is also responsible for driving transformation solutions to new/existing customers and be involved in pre-sales activities

Build trust by delivering projects within budget and on-time

Ensure project delivery as per agreed timeline and quality

Prepare and Track project plan and conduct task estimation and resource allocation.

Review Key Test Deliverables and artifacts produced by the team and ensures they meet organisational standards.

Excellent understanding of the Testing Lifecycle and the different types of testing such as Functional and Integration Testing.

The role should ensure adherence to Org processes such as Timesheets, Knowledge Management, Invoicing, PMS etc

Knowledge of the different life cycle development models and methodologies used to develop large software intensive platforms.

Ability to understand existing Test Processes and Plans and identify improvements and efficiencies.

Good Command over written and spoken English
