Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Metallurgist to oversee and execute testing processes for bearings. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with operating Testing Rigs and a deep understanding of bearing performance testing. This role is critical in ensuring the reliability and quality of our bearing products through various industry-standard testing protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate and Manage Testing Rigs:
• Proficiently operate specialized testing rigs for bearings.
• Perform maintenance and calibration of testing equipment to ensure accuracy.
2. Conduct Comprehensive Tests on Bearings:
• Rolling Test for Balls.
• Vibration Tests.
• Static Radial Load Test.
• Ultimate Radial Load Test.
• Static Axial Capacity Test.
• Ultimate Axial Capacity Test.
• Dimensional Stability Test.
• Frictional Torque Test.
• Oil Interruption Test.
• Oil Contamination Test.
• Breaking Load Test for Roller/Ball.
• Endurance Tests.
• fungus test.
• microscope & sample preparation for microstructure
• Mechanical shock test
• Environmental Test
3. Documentation and Reporting:
• Record detailed test results and prepare comprehensive test reports.
• Analyze test data to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to the design and manufacturing teams.

• Ensure testing procedures comply with industry standards and company protocols.
• Work closely with Quality Control, Design, and Manufacturing teams to ensure product performance meets client and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant field.
• Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in bearing testing and operating testing rigs.
• Strong technical knowledge of bearing design, materials, and testing methodologies.
