Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities :

• Field Marketing Execution: Conduct on-site marketing campaigns and promotional events as per marketing strategies.
• Client Interaction: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and partners in the assigned territory.
• Sales Support: Assist in the sales process by educating potential clients about the company's products/services and generating leads.
• Market Research: Gather data from the field to analyze competitor activities, customer feedback, and market trends to support marketing decisions.
• Reporting: Regularly update management on field activities, performance, and market insights. Prepare detailed reports on activities and outcomes.
• Brand Promotion: Represent the company at various events, fairs, and promotional activities to increase brand awareness.
• Follow-up: Ensure prompt follow-up with leads and clients to maintain strong customer relationships and drive sales.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with internal marketing teams and other departments to ensure seamless execution of field marketing plans.
• Collections Support: Assist in the collection of pending payments from customers in the assigned region. This includes visiting clients for payment reminders and resolving any payment issues or disputes.
• Debt Recovery: Work closely with the finance team to ensure timely collection of outstanding amounts and assist in tracking payment progress.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain good relations with clients to ensure smooth payment processes and address concerns related to payments or services.
• Documentation: Ensure all payment-related documentation is properly recorded and submitted to the finance team for reconciliation.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Proven experience in field marketing, direct sales, or customer service is a plus.
• Experience in collections or accounts receivable is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
• Basic knowledge of marketing principles and techniques.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• 75% field work
• Ability to drive two-wheeler is a plus
• Location: Close to Dombivli, Thane, ghatkopar, Dadar, or western lines area
