Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketer and SMO Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of digital marketing, social media optimization (SMO), and growth hacking strategies, with hands-on experience in the finance sector. This individual will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence, driving engagement, and helping to grow our brand and product awareness across various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic to the website, mobile app, and other digital platforms.
• Plan and execute paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) to generate quality leads for our financial products (Personal Loan App, EMI Loans).
• Track and optimize digital campaigns based on KPIs such as CPA (Cost per Acquisition), ROI, and engagement, ensuring maximum effectiveness and performance.
• Manage and optimize social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube, to increase brand engagement and customer retention.
• Design and implement content strategies to ensure consistent brand messaging across all social media platforms, aimed at engaging the target audience.
• Create engaging, informative, and shareable content tailored to the financial sector, ensuring it resonates with the needs and interests of customers.
• Monitor social media performance and use analytics to make data-driven decisions, continuously improving strategies and content.
• Collaborate with the content team to create and curate high-quality blogs, videos, infographics, and social media posts that inform and engage customers.
• Ensure content aligns with SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility and increase website traffic.
• Drive the search engine optimization (SEO) strategy to increase organic visibility and rankings for target keywords in search engines.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends in the finance and fintech industry, adjusting strategies accordingly.
• Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (SEM) to achieve high ROI and reach target customers effectively.
• Analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media analytics to gauge the success of campaigns.
• Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance, trends, and areas for improvement, ensuring the continuous refinement of strategies.
• Continuously optimize digital marketing strategies based on data analysis, market trends, and user feedback.
• Work closely with the product and sales teams to ensure seamless communication of promotional campaigns and product offerings.
• Liaise with external agencies and vendors to ensure the quality and timely execution of digital campaigns and maintain a high standard of work.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3 to 7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SMO, SEO, and SEM.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Additional certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
• Prior experience working in finance, fintech, or NBFC is preferred.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, etc.)
• Expertise in social media platforms and analytics tools (Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, trends, and strategies.
• Excellent communication, writing, and content creation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
• Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.
• Time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and marketing automation tools.
