Job Description
This position is for R&D Executive (Mechanical). Candidate should have 2-3 years experience & exposure to: Good understanding of BASICS OF Mechanics, Materials, Manufacturing Process, 3D Modeling - Pro-E/ Creo. Structural analysis using ANSYS. Pressurized Enclosure Design & Analysis. Knowledge of Design of Basic Element like Spring, Shaft, Gear, Bearing, Coupling, Lever Design. Selecting Design Parameters (Physical Properties) of Materials like Steel, Aluminium, Copper, Cast Iron, Plastics. Knowledge of Processes like Casting, Forging, Moulding, Turning, Milling, Welding, Ant-Rust, Pre-Treatment, Painting, Finishing Processes. Creating SAP Codes, Bill Of Materials, Follow up with purchase department for component manufacturing, sort out of Manufacturing issues, Assembly of components as per design. Testing of prototypes to verify required outputs. Design implementation of assembly; testing tooling for product. Interact with test labs for dielectric, endurance, IP, Seismic Tests.
