Sr. Frontend Engineer

• Developand maintain robust frontend components: UtilizeReact.js and Next.js to create scalable and reliable frontend features. Ensure adherence to best practices for code quality and performance.
  
• TranslateUI/UX designs: Collaborate closely with design teams toimplement visually appealing and user-friendly frontend elements. Pay attentionto detail to ensure accurate translation of designs.
  
• Optimizeapplication performance: Identify and implement optimizations toenhance the speed and responsiveness of web applications. Utilize techniquessuch as code splitting and caching.
  
• Developmentof component library: Contribute to the development of ourcomponent library, including creating, documenting, and maintaining reusable UIcomponents
  
• Ensurecross-browser compatibility: Conduct thorough testing and debugging toensure compatibility across different browsers and devices. Address anycompatibility issues promptly.
  
• Collaboratewith cross-functional teams: Work closely with product managers,designers, and backend developers to deliver end-to-end solutions. Participatein Agile/Scrum processes and contribute to code reviews.
  
• Writeclean, efficient, and we'll-documented code: Followcoding standards and best practices to write maintainable and we'll-documentedcode. Document APIs and processes to facilitate collaboration

R equirements

• Bachelorsdegree in computer science or a related field or at-least 3 years of workingexperience in a frontend stack.
  
• 3-7 yearsof experience in frontend development, with a focus on JavaScript, TypeScript,React
  
• Strongunderstanding of frontend architecture, state management, and performanceoptimization techniques
  
• Workingknowledge of Next.js, Tailwind CSS and experience with animation libraries(eg, React Spring, Framer Motion) is a plus
  
• Excellentcommunication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced,dynamic team environment

Nice to Have:

• Backend Experience: Experience with backend technologies (eg,Python/Django, Node.js/Express) and RESTful APIs, working with WebSockets
  
• Familiaritywith Frontend DevOps tools like Vercel, docker, Jenkins
  
• Activeparticipation in the frontend development community, such as attending meetupsor contributing to open-source projects.
