Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Healthcare Integration Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned developer with a deep understanding of healthcare integration and related data formats such as DICOM and HL7.

They should possess a solid grasp of both front-end and back-end technologies, coupled with exceptional problem-solving abilities.

A passion for delivering scalable, robust, and efficient software solutions used globally is essential.

Key Responsibilities :

- Contribute to the complete software development life cycle (SDLC) for healthcare integration solutions.

- Design and implement efficient, scalable APIs and interfaces to enable seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.

- Develop custom integration solutions tailored to the specific needs of healthcare clients globally.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX/UI designers, data scientists, and QA teams.

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and clients to understand integration requirements and deliver effective solutions.

- Utilize in-depth knowledge of healthcare data formats and standards such as DICOM, HL7, FHIR, and related integration protocols.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in healthcare integration.

- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues to maintain product excellence and performance.

- Optimize and refactor code for efficiency, scalability, and reliability.

- Prepare technical documentation for integration processes, APIs, and system architecture.

- Provide support for deployed solutions and address customer queries and concerns effectively.

Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- Expertise in healthcare data standards such as HL7, DICOM, FHIR, and IHE profiles.

- Proficiency in Java, Python, or C#.

- Experience in designing and implementing RESTful and SOAP-based APIs.

- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, including database design and optimization.

- Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Angular or React.

- Strong experience with back-end frameworks like Spring Boot, .NET Core, or Django.

- 3-7 years of experience in software development, with a focus on healthcare integration solutions.

- Proven track record of delivering robust and scalable software systems in a healthcare environment.

- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently and in team settings, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

- Experience with healthcare-specific tools and platforms like Mirth Connect, Cloverleaf, or Rhapsody.

- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Familiarity with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA or GDPR.
