Quosphere - SQL Data Analyst - Visualization (2-3 yrs)

Job Purpose :

- Identifying key trends in business through Management Information

- Support business in meeting the Budgets through Analytical Insights

- Communicate strategic business information, performance results and ideas to key decision makers

Key Accountabilities :

- Drive insight led actionables to help achieve portfolio targets

- Support Stakeholders in Business Reviews

- Support key business initiatives for data driven decisioning

- Deliver business intelligence requirements for the expanded network and new products

- Automate MIS and dashboard using SQL and share daily without manual intervention.

Job Duties & responsibilities :

1. Structure, define and execute business information summarization to uncover insights and inform decision making

2. Plan, coordinate, and supervise all activities related to the design, development, and implementation of organizational reporting and analytics

3. Responsible for maintaining, supporting, and upgrading reports, dashboards, and data warehouse

4. Collaborate with regional & local counterparts to define and align performance metrics/ KPIs

5. Support ad-hoc data requests for management meetings

6. Formulate requirements and work with data engineering and technology team to develop and validate automated data pipelines for business performance dashboards and Control Towers

Required Technical Experience :

1. 2 - 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence/Analytics

2. 1+ Years experience in implementing successful data integration and BI effort

3. Understanding of Banking Products and KPIs

4. Programming Expertise in SQL

5. Proficiency in Visualisation Tools like Tableau and MS Excel

6.Good understanding of technology tools especially those related to analytics, MIS, and reporting

7. Good written and oral communication skills.

Education / Preferred Experience :

- B.Sc./ M.Sc. or equivalent degree in Statistics, Analytics, or equivalent quantitative fields preferred.

- Prior Working experience of Business Intelligence/ Analytics/ AI is a must
