Trainer - AR Trainer

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training materials for freshers in billing.
• Emphasize fundamental billing concepts and terminology.
• Provide hands-on exercises and practical scenarios.
• Familiarize freshers with billing software used in the organization.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct interactive training sessions and encourage questions.
• Monitor progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback.
• Integrate soft skills development into the training program.
• Establish a support system for freshers, offering assistance and clarification.
• Gradually introduce complexity in training exercises.
• Gather and adapt training strategies based on fresher feedback.
• Provide comprehensive documentation for reference.
• Encourage a culture of continuous learning and questioning.

Preferred candidate profile

• Should have an experience of 4 to 6 years in Medical Billing/AR
• Should have hands on experience in Payment Posting, Demo Entry, Charge Entry, RCM, AR
• Should be able to Train the New Hires in both domain and corporate etiquette
• Should have a Strong Communication Skill
