React JS Developer

Role & responsibilities-

• Develop and maintain scalable and performant web applications using React.
• Manage application state with Redux Toolkit and ensure state is handled efficiently.
• Create responsive and reusable components with Tailwind CSS for styling and layout.
• Use advanced React hooks (useState, useEffect, useReducer, etc.) to manage component logic and optimize performance.
• Write clean, modular, and maintainable code following best practices and design patterns (e.g., component composition, container/presentational components, HOC, etc.).
• Implement and configure Husky for Git hooks to ensure code quality and streamline development workflows.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers and backend developers to create a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, improve development practices, and mentor junior developers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features and enhance existing functionalities.
