Senior AI Engineer

Responsibilities:

 • Research and develop new AI models, features, and frameworks to enhance the capabilities of automation testing.

 • Conduct feasibility studies on emerging AI technologies and their application in automation testing.

 • Fine-tune and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI models for specific use cases.

 • Collaborate with Data Architects to ensure data pipelines and storage solutions are optimized for AI workloads.

 • Create multi-agent frameworks and explore reinforcement learning for complex automation scenarios.

 • Work closely with Scalers to integrate RnD outputs into scalable, production-ready solutions.

Job Description:

 • The AI Guild RnD Engineer will focus on advanced research and development of AI models and systems to drive innovation in automation testing. This role requires a deep understanding of machine learning, LLM fine-tuning, and the ability to develop new AI-driven features.
