Roles and Responsibilities

• Work in US working hours (6pm to 3 am)
• US accent will be a plus.
• Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into confirmed orders.
• Proactively make calls to new customer inquiries and educate them about QuicSnap's services.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a high conversion rate.
• Use persuasive communication to showcase the value of our AI-driven product photography services.
• Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and satisfaction.
