Area Business Manager - Luxury Retail Brand (3-8 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement innovative revenue-generation strategies to ensure consistent growth across all stores in the region.

- Build and strengthen relationships with key customers to increase business contribution.

- Drive cost optimization initiatives and manage store operations efficiently.

- Oversee effective CRM management to boost sales and customer retention.

- Implement preventive maintenance measures to reduce operational costs.

- Provide weekly feedback to the Buying and Merchandising teams on product and customer insights.

- Collaborate with HR and L&D teams to address staffing and training needs.

- Work with the VM Head to adjust merchandising strategies and focus on non-moving inventory to improve stock turnover.

- Coordinate with the Marketing team to share customer feedback and maintain accurate customer data.

- Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure continuous stock replenishment.

Key Requirements:

- At least 2-3 years of hands-on leadership experience in a high-growth environment.

- Proven track record of collaborating with leadership teams across functions to achieve business goals.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, inspire, and build high-performing teams.

- Post-graduate qualification in Management from a reputed institution.
