Job Description:

- Drive initiatives to achieve financial deliverable of all stores in the Region.

- Co-ordination across different functions to implement smooth functioning of all stores in the region.

- Store Management in the respective Region to ensure smooth functioning aimed at achieving targets.

- People Management.

- Competition study and analysis.

- SOP Adherence.

Ideal Candidate:

- An operationally hands-on leader with an excellent track record, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a high-growth environment.

- Demonstrated experience working with the leadership team across functions and helping them and their teams successfully deliver business objectives.

- A people-centric leader who cares about people and is enthusiastic about enabling them to achieve their full potential: demonstrate a high level of passion, hands-on ownership, empowering teams and supporting their growth.

- Must have strong communication for stakeholder management, both internal and external.

- Skills to influence, inspire and build high-performing teams with the ability to solve people's problems.

- Professionally qualified and a Post-graduation in Management from a good tier institute.
