Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance Java-based applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Perform code reviews, debug issues, and optimize application performance.
- Lead the development of complex modules and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Java and related technologies.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the design of system solutions.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security protocols, and compliance requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
Work Experience
Technical Skills and Qualifications :
- Must-Have :
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Core Java development.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
- Proficiency in Java 8+ features (e. g. , Lambdas, Streams, Functional Interfaces).
- Experience with multithreading, concurrency, and memory management .
- Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving .
- Expertise in RESTful web services and microservices architecture .
- Familiarity with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, etc. ).
- Experience with relational databases (e. g. , MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM tools (e. g. , Hibernate).
- Proficiency in build tools like Maven or Gradle.
- Strong experience with version control systems (e. g. , Git).
- Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Good-to-Have :
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e. g. , AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Experience with message brokers (e. g. , Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (e. g. , HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
