Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced React JS Developer to join our team in Bangalore. As a React JS Developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing user interface components using React.js concepts and workflows. Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows.

Responsibilities:
- Develop new user-facing features using React.js
- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
- Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
- Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in React.js development
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
- Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
- Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Redux)
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
