Facility surveillance engineer (Operator care)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collect data from P&IDs, operations manuals, log sheets, bad actors, Facilities & Machinery Surveillance Plans, and cause & effect diagrams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and rationalize operator rounds.
• Develop excel-based rounds and configure them in Field Management Service (FMS) tool.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize data and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Work with stakeholders to customize report / dashboard templates and implement changes based on their needs.
• Provide comprehensive training to operators and supervisors in using FMS tool.
• Ensure timely resolution of issues or requests from stakeholders.

Work Experience
Required Skills (Technical Competency):

• Strong understanding of oil and gas industry equipment and operations.
• Experience with P&IDs, equipment data sheets, interpreting vendor manuals, PFDs, Cause & Effects diagrams & operation manuals.
• Experience with Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Power BI and FMS tool (such as IntelaTrac) is highly preferred.
• Experience in DCS, SCADA, PI system and other field data sources

Desired Skills:

• Bachelors degree from a recognized university in Chemical engineering
• Minimum work experience of 4 years within the Oil and Gas industry in operations / technical support.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving skills and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
