Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Java development
- Strong knowledge of Java, Springboot, Microservices, Kafka, and No SQL databases
- Experience in leading a team of developers
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
