Job Description
- Define and implement standardized software solutions to streamline development and improve system consistency.
- Gather requirements and continuously collect user feedback to enhance the value and effectiveness of standardized software applications.
- Analyze, debug, and optimize both existing and newly developed code to ensure reliable functionality and seamless operation, with a strong emphasis on integration between JavaScript and RAPID programming for robotic systems.
- Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in continuous development, integration (CI), and deployment (CD) cycles.
- Perform in-house simulations, emulations, and testing on both physical robotic cells and their digital twins to validate system performance.
- Write comprehensive user documentation and generate clear, concise reports to communicate progress, findings, and solutions effectively.
Work Experience
- A bachelors or masters degree in computer science, software engineering, robotics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience with a strong focus on web development and robotics integration.
- Experience in developing applications with a focus on web technologies, including JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and frameworks like React or Angular, with knowledge of integrating these with robotic systems.
- Knowledge of robot programming, especially RAPID language and RobotStudio is a strong plus.
- Solid understanding of modern software development methodologies like Agile, Scrum, and object-oriented design principles.
- A solution-oriented, pragmatic, and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to build creative solutions within framework constraints.
- You speak fluent in English
