- Use NX do make geometry cleanup for easy 3D brick meshing LS-DYNA for 3D containment/impact simulation.
- Simulate a liberated blade and its impact to a number of things, such as the containment hardware or the off-balanced rotating stack against their bearing supports
- Use NASTRAN in both 1D beam and 2D shell modeling to simulate a Fan Blade Out impact condition transiently to study loads deflections of the rotating assembly static structures.
Work Experience
- Min 4 yrs of experience
- Should have good experience in Aero engines
- Hands on experience in NASTRAN LS-DYNA
