Project Overview

The Workpackage Controller will be responsible for overseeing and managing financial aspects of various work packages within the project.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning and Analysis
   • Develop and maintain detailed financial plans for each work package.

2. Budget Management
   • Monitor and control the budget for each work package.
   • Ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
   • Prepare and present budget reports to project stakeholders.
3. Cost Control
   • Implement cost control measures to ensure that the project stays within budget.
   • Review and approve all financial transactions related to the work packages.
   • Conduct regular cost reviews and audits.
4. Reporting and Documentation
   • Prepare detailed financial reports for each work package.
   • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
   • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
5. Collaboration and Communication
   • Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure financial alignment.
   • Provide financial guidance and support to project teams.
   • Communicate financial status and issues to project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a project-based environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.

Timeline

The Work-package Controller will be engaged for the duration of the project, with an initial contract period of 12 months, subject to extension based on project needs and performance.
