Job Description
Responsibilities
- Establish connections with managers to develop understanding of their departments, hiring requirements, and job specifications
- Create and publish job descriptions on relevant platforms, particularly social media
- Utilize expertise in various recruiting sources and implement innovative strategies to locate high-quality candidates and explore new business opportunities
- Evaluate resumes and CVs and oversee job candidates throughout the hiring process, from interview preparation to final offer negotiations
- Maintain a comprehensive database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and terminated employees, and other designations
- Offer coaching and guidance to junior-level recruiting staff
Work Experience
- Minimum of three years of experience in recruitment or human resources
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and decision-making abilities
- Advanced knowledge of productivity software, database management, and internet search techniques
