\u00A7 Good understanding of the work/support environment
\u00A7 Good experience in installation and troubleshooting of desktops/laptops, printers
\u00A7 Good experience in the installation of Windows 10 and 11 and MS Office
\u00A7 Knowledge of Windows Domain, Servers, DHCP, and DNS
\u00A7 Installation and troubleshooting of Antivirus software
\u00A7 Good knowledge of Outlook client
\u00A7 Good experience in the installation of desktops/laptops, printers
\u00A7 Asset / Inventory management
Deliverables
\u00A7 All Desktop Problems ( Hardware and Software)
\u00A7 Monitoring Antivirus and Systems Performance
\u00A7 Troubleshooting and diagnosing malfunctions in the operation of hardware and software.
\u00A7 Maintain all the assets and update the asset database at regular intervals.
\u00A7 Provide regular technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals,
\u00A7 Provide regular technical support for Operating systems, mail support, and basic network support/troubleshooting
\u00A7 Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the Manager
\u00A7 Troubleshooting LAN / VPN issues for clients
\u00A7 Close all assigned tickets in the ticketing system within SLA
\u00A7 Follow IT policies and procedures to execute daily work
\u00A7 Provide Executive support to Management on a need basis
