Delivery Management: Supervise the technical implementation of projects/Programs with clients, ensuring prompt and successful completion, monitoring progress and mitigating risks.
Client Relationship Management: Foster strong connections with clients, serving as a reliable advisor and advocate for their requirements.

Comprehend the latest market trends, client situations, and assist in developing solutions and offerings to support customers and dominate the market.
Effectively communicate with customers and stakeholders.
Coordinate resources and tasks across internal teams (e. g. , engineering, support, etc. )

Assist the sales team in campaigns, pursuits, and proposals.
Identify opportunities to enhance execution processes and workflows, contributing to the efficiency and scalability of our operations.

Build strong and high-performance teams.

Manage P&L for the VBU.

Experience in the automotive sector within ER&D. ADAS or Digital cockpit proficiency is required.

Demonstrated Delivery Leadership of expanding accounts (250+)

Profit and Loss management of $10m +

Possessing skills to thoroughly analyze and understand the customer establish a framework and roadmap for growth

Proven ability to Collaborate with customers to forge strong relationships from the Delivery front
