Systems Engineer

Quest is looking for End User Security Operations Lead to implement and maintain our security systems, Tools and solutions.
The objective of this role is to attend to Operational challenges in the End User Security domain within Quest.

In this role, the person should be knowledgeable about security frameworks and systems preferably with an Engineering background.
Good problem solving and troubleshooting skill and quick decision-maker and ability to face audit teams.
Person should also be knowledgeable to Engineer Security solutions and help in defining roadmaps for the company.

Responsibilities

End User Security Operations efforts in maintaining all Security tools
Install, configure, upgrade Zscaler Internet Secuirty, ZScaler Private Access, ZDX
Install, configure, upgrade and operate security Tools like AV, EDR, Encrytion, Patching, Vulnerabily
Inspect hardware and firmware for vulnerable points of access.
Serve as a security expert and participate in audits
Lead the Operations team as a mentor and guiding them on the operational challenges

Requirements
Should have 5 to 6 years\ experience in the security domain
Proven experience as a Computer Security Specialist
Well Verse with Zscaler Internet Security and zscaler Private Acceess
Well verse with patch management and technologies like SCCM, Endpoint Central, Bigfix
Well versed with vulnerability scanning tools and techniques (Qualys, Nessus)
Good working knowledge of disk encryption using native tools Bitlocker and FileVault
Good knowledge of security tools like NGAV, DLP, Web proxy, etc.
An analytical mind with excellent problem-solving ability
Good communication and organization skills
Certifications in Zscaler and CrowdStrike is an added advantage

Aware of DLP solutions (Forcepoint & Zscaler)
Good knowledge in terms of Administration and support on Trellix SIEM solutions
Good knowledge in terms of Administration and support on Trellix ePO solution (Encryption)

Should have 5 to 6 years\ experience in the security domain
