Job Title: Talent Marketing Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Talent Marketing Associate to join Quest Global team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns to attract, engage, and retain top talent. You will work closely with our recruitment team, HR, marketing and other stakeholders to create a compelling employer brand that showcases our company culture, values, and benefits.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute talent marketing strategies to attract top talent

- Create engaging content (social media posts, blog articles, videos, etc.) to showcase our employer brand

- Manage and optimize our careers website and internal career portal

- Collaborate with recruitment team to understand hiring needs and develop targeted marketing campaigns

- Analyze and report on talent marketing metrics (e.g., website traffic, social media engagement, candidate flow)

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent marketing

Requirements:

- 1+ years of experience in marketing and talent acquisition

- Strong understanding of marketing principles and tactics

- Excellent content creation and design tools such as canva, photoshop, coral draw, etc…

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects

- Strong collaboration and communication skills

- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)

- Knowledge of SEO and search engine marketing& responsibilities
